Solo traveler recommend it
The staff were genuinely great! They really went the extra mile, especially the girl cleaning the rooms who gave me extra teas and milk. The room was big, lovely comfy bed, and I felt right at home during my two nights there.
It wasn't inexpensive, but still acceptable.

Especially helpful staff, lovely breakfast, STUNNING location next to centre of town as well as shops and restaurants. Well-appointed and stylish unit with a delightful decor. Pleasant stay on holidays.

Great staff, cozy vibes
The staff were super friendly. My room was quite comfy and recently updated, a nice surprise! Only downside was brekkie. It looked better than it tasted, like something from a dodgy diner. The bar area was chill, though, so I'd hang out there again.

The staff were very helpful - especially the night porter as we arrived very late and he was very accommodating.

Would be happy to recommend for a short layover
Friendly staff, comfortable room, central location easily accessible from the nearby airport, and the cleanliness, especially of the bathroom, was excellent with ample supplies of tea and coffee in the room.
Absolutely nothing to criticize.

The chowder was out of this world-best I've had around these parts. The steak sandwiches were spot-on, cooked perfectly and served in generous portions.
The room I was in felt a bit cramped, and some facilities definitely felt dated, needing a refresh or upgrade. Parking was a hassle, with limited space that could frustrate those driving in. Quiet is a luxury here. Noise from nearby events can disrupt your sleep. Breakfast was a major letdown-the cooked items left much to be desired, serving up greasy, half-cooked fare that was less than appealing. Quite the inconsistent dining experience overall.

This is an old hotel located right in centre of Tralee. It is not very modern but clean and comfortable none the less. Staff were very polite and helpful. We had a good breakfast and it was good value for Tralee.
Car park is very small and difficult to access. However there is parking on street and at nearby car parks.
